NHL Sees Good Ratings on ABC in 2024 Stadium Series
It’s safe to say that the 2024 NHL Stadium Series from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey was a success from a ratings perspective. Also, the games were highly entertaining to watch and the ice was in great shape. The ratings were also really good, according to numbers obtained by NHL.com:
While more than 150,000 fans filled MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, for the two games this past weekend, an average of 1.37 million viewers, including 448,000 in the 18-49 demographic, watched the games, each up 21 percent from last year's Stadium Series game in Raleigh, North Carolina. The game Sunday between the New York Rangers and New York Islanders averaged 1.57 million total viewers and 487,000 viewers in the ages 18-49 demographic -- peaking at 2.38 million viewers -- an increase of 38 percent and 31 percent from the 2023 Stadium Series game between the Washington Capitals and Carolina Hurricanes.
Blues’ Bolduc Nets First NHL Goal on 21st Birthday
The only bright spot for the St. Louis Blues in a blowout loss to the Detroit Red Wings was a quality game for 2021 first-round pick Zachary Bolduc. It was his 21st birthday and he scored a goal in just his second NHL game. Bolduc is one of the club’s top prospects and is getting his chance at the right time in St. Louis.

Bruins must STOP playing Pasta and Marchie in overtime together. It is not working. Bruins are in trouble making the playoffs right now. Stop passing the puck to the centre of the defence zone. Marchie needs to stop figure skating with puck as he usually looses it as most teams have caught on.
MOST IMPORTANT IS HAVE THE BRUINS PLAYERS SHOT THE PUCK ON NET VS PASSING IT. YOU WILL SCORE MORE GOALS
