Elliotte Friedman Links Avalanche to Multiple Coyotes Players
February 23, 2024 by Stefano Rubino
The 2024 Trade Deadline is two weeks away, and action has been ramping up daily. Rumors of players linked and connected to different teams have many speculating and making mock trades of what it could cost to get that player to bolster their chances of winning a Stanley Cup. The Colorado Avalanche are 35-18-5 on the season and are continuing their pursuit of another Stanley Cup with how their stars have been playing. Nathan MacKinnon has been superb with his point streak at home and second in league scoring, while Cale Makar has been relatively quiet after the All-Star Break but is still second in points by a defenseman.

Feburary 23, 2024 Stefano Rubino (THW Premium Content)

Rumors and speculation are coming out on who the Avalanche might acquire and, if so, who they would send in a mock trade. And one name that is starting to pop up increasingly is Bowen Byram.
Avalanche’s Ryan Johansen Picks Up Scoring
February 22, 2024 by Kerry Collins
When the Colorado Avalanche traded for Ryan Johansen this offseason, the team was hoping he could potentially fill the void at the second-line center spot. It hasn’t exactly worked out that way, but his recent surge is showing he might be a valuable asset for the club when the playoffs roll around.
The 4 Hart Trophy Frontrunners Making Good Cases for the Award
February 25, 2024 by Mike Fink
The 2023-24 season has put together one of the most exciting Hart Trophy races in recent memory and possibly of all time. Usually, there is a clear favorite or it’s a two-player race with one of them standing out as the one most deserving of the award. This season, four skaters have a strong argument to win the Hart Trophy, and one skater worthy of winning it won’t even be a finalist.
