The Hockey Writers prospects experts Matthew Zator, Peter Baracchini, and Greg Boysen get together for the premiere episode of The Hockey Writers Prospect Corner to discuss the players to watch in the recently released Top-100 Prospects Rankings, polarizing prospects within those rankings and teams that rose and fell in the NHL Farm System Rankings.
Then in the quick-fire round, they dive into the teams they cover on THW going through the prospects of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Chicago Blackhawks, and Vancouver Canucks that need to take a step forward in 2021-22. They also look at players to watch in training camp.
Finally, to close the show, they look at the Michigan Wolverines' chances at an NCAA Championship and the early favorite for the 2022 Calder Trophy.
