In today’s episode, Matthew is joined by Colin Newby (Flyers) and Mike Fink (Islanders) to discuss the Detroit Red Wings hiring Derek Lalonde as their next head coach, William Dufour's ceiling in the NHL after leading the Saint John SeaDogs to a Memorial Cup championship and the Philadelphia Flyers' decision to not sign Connor McClennon to an entry-level contract.

They also unveil the new "Flashback Friday" segment where they look back to the 2001 Draft and revisit the last trade involving a second overall pick which sent Alexei Yashin from the Senators to the Islanders for Zdeno Chara, Bill Muckalt and what eventually became Jason Spezza. They then look towards July 7 and whether a similar thing could happen at the 2022 Draft.
