Kim kicks things off by discussing the differences between women's college prep and men's junior hockey, and how her approach has changed heading into her second season with the Maryland Black Bears (NAHL). She then touches on her experience at the recent USA National Festival in Buffalo, where she helped construct Team USA for the upcoming IIHF Women's World Championships, and what her expectations are heading into the tournament. Finally, Kim gives her thoughts on being an honorable mention named in The Hockey New's 25 Women Who Could Break the NHL's Head Coaching Gender Barrier and what the next steps in that journey would look like for her.
