The Gold Standard for draft. Not sure I buy it as a solution. How many points does Vancouver have since they were eliminated? There is a reasonwhy the bottom 5 teams were a bottom 5 team. Maybe a separate lottery for bottom 5 positions. I do not think a team sittingbin the positions from 6 to 10 should have a shot at the number #1 draft spot. So to me the bottom 5 need help and should remain in thosev5 positions.. positions 6-10 should have their own lottery and positions 11-16 there own.
