Sabres Prospect Update: Devon Levi Continues AHL Dominance

Back in February, The Athletics’ Scott Wheeler ranked the Buffalo Sabres’ prospect pool No. 1 out of the NHL’s 32 clubs, and it’s hard to argue against that sentiment with a talented goaltender like Devon Levi, and players like Isak Rosen and Jiri Kulich pushing for NHL roster spots in 2024-25. The Sabres truly have the best of both worlds because they’re ready to win now, and have the cupboards stocked for years to come.
With that in mind, let’s get on to the good stuff…
Rochester Americans (AHL)
With Rochester having a chance to have a long run in the Calder Cup Playoffs, they will take up most of the oxygen here. Rosén hit the 20-goal plateau for the first time in his pro career, and Kulich is now a two-time, 20-plus goal scorer who’s shooting the lights out with a 15.4 S%.
