July 20, 2024 by Dale Bochon
Waiting to see who the Edmonton Oilers hire as their next general manager seems similar to how a new Pope is appointed at the Vatican. The concern was that Hyman might not sustain a high level of play throughout the entire duration of the contract, which would make it difficult for the Oilers to manage their salary cap effectively.
