Kyle Dubas Is Committed To Putting the Penguins First

When Kyle Dubas took over as president of hockey operations and general manager in Pittsburgh last summer, everyone was optimistic that he would get the Penguins back on track.
Fast forward to late February and the team is nowhere near where they want to be. The postseason is just about out of reach, and the time for patience is gone. Dubas has already started making changes, and it seems like he is committed to doing what is best for the team
Is Dubas All In?
When Dubas spoke to the media last week he fully acknowledged that things have not gone according to plan. Last summer, hopes were extremely high when he signed players like Erik Karlsson, Reilly Smith, and Ryan Graves. However, it has been a season of underperformance for most of the players on the current roster, and now one of the main goals is to get younger. This has been something that has needed to happen for a while, but now it looks like the team may be starting to move in that direction.
