Flyers Potential 2024 Draft Picks: Cole Eiserman

Starting on June 28, the Philadelphia Flyers will be participating in the 2024 NHL draft in Las Vegas. Finishing with the 12th-worst record in the NHL, the Flyers have a 5.1 percent chance to move up in the draft lottery and pick second, an 85.7 percent chance to pick 12th, and an 8.9 percent chance to draft 13th. In all likelihood, that 12 to 13 range will be the spot for them. Where exactly they pick will likely be determined sometime in early May, as the 2023 NHL draft lottery took place on May 8.
Flyers’ Ivan Fedotov Has a Lot to Prove in 2024-25

On April 23, the Philadelphia Flyers signed goaltender Ivan Fedotov to a rich $6.5-million contract through the 2025-26 season, giving him an average annual value (AAV) of $3.25 million, as per TSN’s Darren Dreger. With a number like that, there’s no doubt Fedotov will be the backup for the Orange and Black.
Flyers Farm Report: Brink, Lycksell, Petersen, Rizzo, & More

Four members of the Philadelphia Flyers were put on loan to the Lehigh Valley Phantoms of the American Hockey League (AHL) on April 17. This roster move was made to help the Phantoms capture one more point in the final three games of the season to clinch a playoff berth. Despite earning considerable playing time with the Flyers’ AHL affiliate this season, forwards Bobby Brink and Olle Lycksell and defensemen Ronnie Attard and Adam Ginning were all on the big league roster when Philadelphia’s season came to a disappointing end on April 16.Â
