The Philadelphia Flyers went out and got the first-round draft pick they so desperately coveted for Sean Walker, receiving a 2025 top-10 protected selection from the Colorado Avalanche. It was some good work by general manager (GM) Daniel Briere, getting a draft pick that his scouts specifically asked for. The 2025 class is one they like.
