Take Advantage of Injuries
While the Kraken’s injuries can’t be entirely blamed for their struggles to this point, they have certainly played a part. At 13-14-9 with injuries to forwards Andre Burakovsky, Jaden Schwartz, and Pierre-Edouard Bellemare along with goaltender Philip Grubauer, it certainly doesn’t seem like things will be getting too much better for the Kraken. With the weaknesses in their lineup, the Flyers will have to take advantage.

Flyers Farm Report: Tuomaala, Marody, Petersen & More

The Lehigh Valley Phantoms, American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers, have played 29 games in the 2023-24 campaign. The Phantoms returned to action on Dec. 27, refreshed from their holiday break, to defeat the Utica Comets 5-4. Currently sitting in seventh place in the Atlantic Division, the team has a record of 13 wins, 11 losses, four overtime losses, and one shootout loss on the season.
