June 25, 2024 by Brian Finlayson

Winnipeg Jets 2023-24 Report Cards: Cole Perfetti
June 25, 2024 by Declan Schroeder
In the first half of the season, the 10th-overall 2020 pick excelled and his play showed significant leaps forward. Through 41 games, the now 22-year-old was a key contributor to the Jets’ surprisingly-dominant play: as a fixture on the second-line right wing, he had 29 points (12 goals, 17 assists), just one point shy of his season career high with half the season to go.

Bruins Should Look to Acquire Rutger McGroarty From the Jets
June 24, 2024 by Tommy Bennett
The NHL Draft is set to begin on Friday, June 28, and the free-agent frenzy begins on Monday, July 1. We’ve already seen a few big trades, with Ryan McDonagh returning to the Tampa Bay Lightning, and the New Jersey Devils landing goaltender Jacob Markstrom. The Linus Ullmark sweepstakes are gaining traction, with the Ottawa Senators as the heavy favorite. Speaking of the Boston Bruins, there is one player who would be worth making a big splash.
Devils’ Draft Plans Impacted by Rutger McGroarty’s Trade Availability
June 23, 2024 by Josh Reinitz
The 2024 NHL Draft is less than a week away, yet uncertainty shrouds the New Jersey Devils’ plans for the 10th overall pick. General manager Tom Fitzgerald has not been shy about declaring that the pick is available for trade if the price is right. On the other hand, the Devils’ once elite prospect pool has diminished through the promotion of players like Luke Hughes, Simon Nemec, Alex Holtz, and Dawson Mercer, as well as the trades of Graeme Clarke and Shakir Mukhamadullin. Other than Seamus Casey, the most highly touted Devils prospects have not yet come to play in North America.
Senators Should Target Jets’ McGroarty & Ehlers
June 23, 2024 by Jacob Billington
There are plenty of trade rumors involving the Ottawa Senators right now, including a potential deal for Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark and a trade brewing with the Philadelphia Flyers. Senators general manager Steve Staios is undoubtedly one of the busiest in the league right now, but one other trade he should consider making is with the Winnipeg Jets by acquiring forwards Nikolaj Ehlers and Rutger McGroarty.
