The St. Louis Blues were officially eliminated from playoff contention after losing to the Carolina Hurricanes on Friday night. It comes as no surprise with the team hanging on for dear life anyway and didn’t deserve a spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Another offseason of trying to fix the roster is soon to be underway with the same person running the show, which might not be in the best interest of the franchise’s future.
