Avalanche’s Press Conference Takeaways: Landeskog, Nichushkin & More
May 23, 2024 by Stefano Rubino
Colorado Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog and general manager Chris MacFarland just finished a press conference with the media to answer any questions they had for them, and they were asked plenty of questions. With that, let’s dive into what should be the organization’s five biggest priorities this offseason if the goal for 2024-25 is to maintain their status as a Stanley Cup contender.

This team is in a championship window, but that 2022 crown is getting farther away in the rearview mirror. The offense will remain largely intact next season, but these playoffs showed Colorado needs to make some changes at the back, but not in the way many might think.
